Esther Mukami Githinji

Esther Githinji is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya based in Nairobi specialising in the renewable energy sector. She works as a legal consultant for various renewable energy organisations where she advocates for policies that support a just transition and offers legal advice. She has extensively engaged in legal research, legal drafting, litigation, development and revision of policies, interpretation of laws and analysis of legal issues.
She has participated in several collaborative efforts supporting energy transition, youth involvement and youth empowerment in the renewable energy sector in Africa. She is affiliated with a number of professional and sector associations. She brings legal expertise to the company and is qualified to serve as a legal representative. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi with a specialisation in energy law, and environmental and natural resources law. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Mr Marco Locati

Mr Marco Locati has over 30 years of experience in operation in large global companies where has has had a carer with increasing responsibilities at EMEA level. His professional experience includes logistics, customer service, implementation of processes and IT systems, quality management, change management, set-up of distribution centres and office facilities, creation and share of service centres, marge/spin-off of companies.
He is skilled in management of cross-functional and multicultural teams in international environments, in establishing good relations at all levels, in finding win-win solutions. Since 2020 he works as senior consultant with E4Impact foundation for supporting the creation of business relationships between italian and African SMEs.
